GravenReach Media (sole proprietorship, Chennai, India) operates gravenreachmedia.com. This policy describes what data this site collects and how it is used.

Data collected: When this site is served in production it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless page analytics. It sets no cookies and no client-side state (no localStorage), and performs no fingerprinting of individual visitors by IP address, User Agent, or any other data. It records aggregate data only — page views, page path, referrer, country, device type, browser, and operating system — processed by Cloudflare, Inc. No personal data is collected through this site unless you email the studio, in which case your email address and message content are stored only for the purpose of replying to your enquiry.

First-party measurement: This site also records a small set of first-party measurement events, stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that GravenReach Media operates directly. This is: the page path, the referring site's hostname, a coarse device class (mobile or desktop), country (derived from Cloudflare's request metadata, not from your IP address), and a random per-tab session identifier generated in your browser and held only in sessionStorage — it is cleared when the tab closes and is not a cookie. It also records how long a page stays visible in your browser tab. No raw IP address is stored, no cookies are set, and no cross-site tracking is performed. If you submit the site's contact or quotation form, your name, email address, and message are stored in the same database, and a copy is sent as an internal notification to the studio's private Discord workspace (Discord Inc.), for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. If that notification cannot be delivered, your submission is still stored and is reviewed manually.

No data is sold to third parties.
